Since I first met the employees at Jack Jr's I have supported them. Well I now will tell you to stand guard!!! He mounted and balanced 4 tires used for me and 1) my truck almost fell off the rack 2) One of my tires fell off of the truck and caused other damage. I was forgiving of that because everyone has bad days BUT it has happened a second time!! He mounted 4 used tires again for me and a tire would have fell off but there was two nuts that were crossed treaded that kept it on the truck! Thank you Jesus!!! It cost me additional monies again. I called them and told them what happened and the woman in the office was rude. Done I am!!!
