I have checked my records and cannot find any stolen/recovered vehicles that went to my storage lot close to the time of this review. I haven't been able to find a Jessica in our customer list for the time period that you posted this review. I'm sorry for the late response but I am new to Google business and just figuring it all out. Please email me your specific information including full name, date of service, etc. I will then be able to look up the service ticket and evaluate what was addressed during it's visit to us. Thanks.
