I am thoroughly disappointed in my experience with this shop. We took our van here because it was leaking what we thought was transmission fluid. It was also overheating. The shop charged us $380 to fix the issue. My husband picked the van up and it broke down 20 minutes later. It was still overheating and leaking. We took the van back to the shop & were charged another $350 to fix the issue.. like what?! They had fixed something completely unrelated to the problem that we were having!!!! The owner gave us a 15% off discount but upon inspection of the receipt I noticed that the discount was only on parts.. sneaky sneaky sneaky considering that they get a discount on parts through Napa & up charge parts by 15%. In the end we spent almost $700 on a repair that should’ve been half the price. Not pleased. Never going back. And YES we were serviced here. I see that they like to comment back on bad reviews with the same excuse “we can’t find you in our records”.
I am very sorry that you were dissatisfied with our service. Unfortunately, we do occasionally make mistakes. The first repair was needed due to a transmission leak. I do not know why the antifreeze leak was missed and for that I am sorry. I had hoped that offering a vehicle for your family to drive would have alleviated any inconvenience that this caused. The total of parts and labor before the discount was 326.43. The discount was 48.96 which was 15%. Finally, in reference to my replies on earlier reviews. When reviews are written by someone other than the customer it is difficult to respond. This was a recent repair so I was able to find the invoice and respond appropriately.
